This policy document serves as a legal and operational agreement between AJ marketing and all clients or partners.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all terms outlined above.

1 All content (text + visuals + links) must be submitted for review via Telegram or email prior to launch
2 Review timeline:
- WHITE: 1–3 hours
- GREY: 3–6 hours
- BLACK: 6–12 hours depending on risk level
3 Rejected content must be revised or replaced before running again
3. CONTENT REVIEW PROCESS
1 Minimum budgets apply as per content classification (see Section 2)
2 Accepted payment methods:
- USDT (TRC20) – preferred for faster processing
- Malaysian bank transfer (local clients only)
3 For BLACK content:
- Weekly payments are mandatory, paid in advance
4 Cash or personal wallet transfers are strictly prohibited
- No refunds will be issued if accounts are restricted due to policy violations
4. BUDGET & PAYMENT
- Official operating hours: 10:00 – 23:00 (GMT+8:00)
- Emergency support: 24/7 via Telegram (BLACK content clients only)
- Singapore public holidays may cause processing delays
5. OPERATING HOURS & SUPPORT
- 1st violation: Warning and guidance for correction
- 2nd violation: Active account suspension, no refund
- Severe violation: Permanent ban and blacklisting from all AJ marketing services
6. VIOLATION HANDLING
- High-quality advertising accounts with stable delivery and reduced checkpoint issues
- Dedicated support team for troubleshooting and strategic guidance
- Regular updates on ad platform policies and content trends
- Clear contracts, transparent terms, and fair responsibility allocation
7. AJ marketing SERVICE COMMITMENT
- AJ marketing is a Singapore-based digital marketing agency providing advertising account rental and campaign management services.
- All clients and partners must strictly comply with the regulations and guidelines outlined in this document.
- Clients are fully responsible for the content, data, and media used during advertising.
- AJ marketing reserves the right to suspend or revoke any account without prior notice if any terms are violated.
1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
2.1. White Content Group (Compliant Content)
Industries included:
- Fashion, cosmetics, consumer products, F&B
- Real estate, furniture, home goods
- Education, tech, approved health sectors, travel
Policies:
- Minimum budget: 50 USD/day
- Payment methods: USDT (TRC20) or local Singapore bank transfer
- Content must be clear, accurate, and non-misleading
- No exaggerated claims or absolute guarantees
- No offensive or copyright-violating visuals
- Landing pages must transparently reflect the product/service
2.2. Grey Content Group (Restricted Content)
Industries included:
- Credit, job recruiting, financial education, dropshipping with unclear sources
- Investment apps, financial AI tools, new e-wallets
Policies:
- Minimum budget: 100 USD/day
- Must use intermediate landing pages, no direct pixel tagging
- No investment lures or guaranteed returns allowed
- Content must be submitted for review at least 6 hours in advance
- No content editing mid-campaign without prior approval
2.3. Black Content Group (High-risk/Prohibited by Platform)
Industries included:
- Gambling, casinos, lottery, betting games
- Loan apps, lending systems, unregulated investments
- Forex, trading signals, unlicensed stock platforms
Policies:
- Minimum budget: 200 USD/day
- Mandatory min 5 DAY, no daily or piecemeal payments accepted
- Full 100% prepayment required before launch
- Use of cloaked domains, disguised content, or redirect tactics required
- No "naked" runs (direct links), no use of branded logos from restricted services
- All content must be approved or created by AJ marketing team
- Accounts will be revoked immediately without refund if unauthorized content changes are made
